ELISA ALEMPARTE L. is a latina New York City-based actress, teacher and performer. She completed her MFA in the Actors Studio Drama School. In Chile she worked for 10 years on theatre, films and television. Some of her theatre work include Danton’s Dead (Danton) in which she was awarded as best actor. In film she just premiered and was awarded in the DCIFF, Maryland International Film Festival, Paris Independent Film Festival and Manhattan Film Festival with the feature film Adam and the Water (Barnaby Wood Productions), working as the co-lead and producer. She also played the lead on the feature Film El Nido del Trauma (Independent), and a supporting role in Mery and Mike (Ivercine & Wood), Matriarcas (Television Nacional de Chile) and Graduados (Chilevisión), beyond others.
